Does anyone else have an artist that they really like on covers and collabs, but when they release their own songs you really just don't like them?

For me it is Miley Cyrus. I love her voice and I think her cover of Jolene is my absolute favorite. But I cannot get into any of her own music.

I like Billie Eilish because she has a soothing voice but her currents songs are so simple and not as good as previous ones. However, I have no idea how everyone especially teenagers love her current songs so much and I have to admit she is overrated.

Bruce Springsteen. I really respect him as a person but do not care for his musical style (except for Born To Run, that is).

Post Malone. Great guy, metalhead behind the curtains and can actually rock out. I just don't really dig the musical direction that he chose though I still like some of his tunes.
