I like another responder's idea of reading a story every day to keep my positive perspective. Like the author, I'm a bit insecure (or so I've been told), and positive thinking goes a long way to aiding in self-esteem. This one is definitely on my TBR shelf! Thanks for a very in-depth and positive review!

A nice bunch of 80 stories that are drawn from personal experiences of the author are presented in the book "Something Happened Today" by Paul E. Kotz. These stories tell us about the things that can bring us happiness. This book inspires telling that we can get happiness from small things also.
life is only knowing the unknown, we can do this by reading books easily- Online book club is a great place for this. This is what I believe.

I think that appreciating the little things is the biggest thing that people tend to forget when they are very busy. I know that this is true for me as a person who has a tendency to "bite off more than I can chew," so to speak. Thank you for the insightful review.

It sounds like a good book to read when you're in need of a pick-me-up. I downloaded it, so maybe I'll have a look when I have free time or need some positivity.

Thanks for the informative review. The book sounds interesting. Happiness is a big topic. I wonder how he approaches it. Is there any spirituality? That would make me wary.

I love that Kots's philosophical insights are realistic, persuasive and refreshing and that these brim his personality. I like that his tone is humorous and that the book is fast-paced and fun to read. This book is surely encouraging and I wish to pick it up.

I'm starting this year with new resolutions, including (obviously) that I'll read more books. I like the idea that this book is a fast read and fun as well. That's exactly what I'm looking for to have in my reading list. Thank you for this nice review!

I'd be curious what the author's perspective is. Relationships always fascinate me, especially family relationships. Seems like a valuable book. Positivity is a precious thing.

Pragmatism permeates every page of this book
What a great sounding line and it oozes with descriptive power without going on and on about it.

I think this book may not have been at the top of my list originally but your own calm enthusiasm made me picture myself curled up somewhere on a dingy day and letting these stories of encouragement flood over me.

Thank you for a well done review and embedding me with the curiosity for more. From him and you.

Sincerely, Laura-Lee
And they sang a new song saying,
"You are worthy to take the book,
and to open its to seals,
for You were slain and have redeemed us to God,
by your blood, out of every tribe and tongue and people and Nation." Rev. 5:9
