The title definitely got my attention but I feel that it has little to do with the storyline. I am not a fan of historical fiction and I have limited knowledge regarding the California Gold, so I think I will skip this one, but thanks for the great review.

This sounds like a fantastic historical fiction novel about the Gold Rush. I love that the characters are developed and that the plot is quite a page-turner. Congrats on the book of the day. Great review.

I'm picky about historical fiction, but this one sounds good. I always love a good character-driven novel and I really don't know much about the California Gold Rush. It sounds informative. Thanks for a glowing review!

The historical details on the Californian Gold Rush might be interesting, but I think I might get bored by a protagonist who seems to have no flaws. The missing villains could also equal a lack of suspense and excitement. Thanks for your review!

I have always been fascinated by the Gold Rush so I think I would really enjoy this book. The review and sample were both very good. Congrats on BOTD!

Good review. I find this genre fascinating. The protagonist seems a bit unreal but the story overall seems interesting. I love to hate a villain but I’m willing to give this a try because of the information on the gold rush.

Thank you for an informative review! I do like historical fiction books, but I don't like when the characters are too perfect that you can't relate to them. Great job!

I have a thing with books whose event and character description grips the readers attention from beginning to the end. Additionally, I fancy reading historical fiction books. Thanks.

This book looks to me like it will be enjoyable. I always enjoy historical fiction, and this one, set in the old west during the gold rush, will be great fun! In the preview, I saw several antagonists, although it seems like one overarching antagonist would make it better. I'm definitely adding it to my TBR shelf. Thanks for a very informative review!

It's crazy what people might do in order to get rich. The cover, the title, and the review of this book are incredibly appealing to me.

An historical fiction novel with good enthusiasm, the name alone caught my attention. A very wonderful business philosophy from Henning Dietzel, safety is very important. Nice Review

Economists really need to adopt Henning's view in managing the economic system of any locality. This book is worth reading. Thanks for the review.

Even though I am not a historical fiction fan, the book sounds genuinely interesting. I love that the characters are well developed and how Henning is not motivated by greed but by a noble purpose. I also like that the book is funny This review is very well done.

I love historical fiction, but I must confess that I almost brushed off this book because of the title. I always thought that using big names is some sort of speculation, but in current case I beg to differ with my own conclusion. Description given is awesome, can't wait to read it!
