I LOVED this review! Most of these books are so full of terms and descriptions that the average person cannot grasp, but they do not seem to be present in this book. Leadership, at times, is not an easy thing to grasp, but the author does an excellent job of doing so. I have added this one to my reading list. :)

The author sounds like an amazing major general and leader. However, the topic covered in the book doesn't really appeal to me. Thanks for the wonderful review, though.

A book on leadership by someone who has been a successful leader in various capacities is not a book I will want to miss. Certainly, there is a lot to learn from this book. Thanks for review.

I love your description of the book. I'm definitely going to read it. I love stories and the fact that he would use stories to illustrate his point is a huge draw for me. Thanks for a well-written review!

Your review would inspire others to read this book. I have been in leadership positions for well over 20 years and know the pitfalls and trust issues when interacting with people. It will be a nice read for me. Thanks.

I believe that the most powerful leadership is seen in the army, so this might be the most intresting book about this subject that I came across.

Some people seem to be born with an inate ability to lead. They have an inner strength and resolve and direction which others are drawn to and naturally follow. This can be developed over the course of their lives through their experiences. This book seems to be about remarkable people with this defining trait. In my brief preview I found myself engaged with the people and events and I believe the book will prove to be well-written and well-worth reading.
