Although war stories aren't my favorite, I can see how this book would appeal to those readers who enjoy this genre. It's also a plus that the book is well-edited! Thanks for the great review!

I appreciate the enthusiasm you shared for this book in your review and touching on some of the lesser-known perspectives of the army seen through the narrator's eyes.

I'd start by saying that this book is engaging and enlightening. However it will mostly interest the readers who love war stories. As it explains Americas Vietnamese war but from a Pilots eyes. Its really engaging and i'd recommend it.

I was always fascinated to read US Military training stories. Those types of stories always have a purely emotional side to it. Paychydreams is also based on a true story which makes it even more interesting.

Your review demonstrated and covered all the facets of this book, Wonderful, Keep up the good work.

Thank you for your opinion! I read the previous book of the month about Vietnam and I like how this on e is similar to it but from a different branch in the military. I think I might add this on to my list.

This one does sound to offer a truly engaging and enlightening look deep into the American Military Aviation Unit and their involvement in the Vietnam War. I am pleased to hear it was so well-edited and presented. Thanks for you impressions!

I thought this Book Review was good, until I realised that the person never says what year it takes place in OR specifically stating which war the book is even about! Which, to me, is a very important piece of information to have on a Book Review.

Otherwise, it did sound pretty interesting. I love books that are like diaries because you end up feeling like you were actually there, and sometimes become attached to the people in the story.

This book is a definite must for anyone interested in war stories and the reality of war versus what is portrayed on film. Personally, I am neither a fan of war nor war stories. However, this book enlightens me as to the mundane tasks an infantryman faces and his emotions through his day to day life.

Thanks for the review. This novel seems to show people, who often forget, that there is so much more that goes on in war besides the obvious fighting that the soldiers still have feelings and relationships. Would love to read this novel!!!
