I have been willing to read a sci-fi/ fantasy novel, seeing this novel with lots of interesting scene shows it worth reading. Congratulations to the author.

While the premise sounds interesting, I think I will be steering clear of this book due to the abusive scenes. I like that the author has crafted a book will well developed characters and being professionally edited is always appreciated. Thanks for the engaging review!

A book that involves torture and abuse of kids is not my idea of reading for entertainment. This one sounds like it has way too much glorification of evil and torture for me. Thank you for highlighting those pieces so I know to stay away from this one.

Even though the plot doesn't interest me much, the disturbing parts don't seem inviting to read either, but I might try this book just to see what apocalyptic world it creates.

I like the magical aspect of the book and the prehistoric times set in the book. I would be adding this to my shelf. I'm interested to see how it ends. Awesome review.
We will have our ups and downs, regardless of who we are. When we fall, we peel ourselves off the asphalt and get back up. If we need to cry, then we cry. And when we’re ready, we get back up and move forward again.

Sounds like a gripping science fiction and fantasy story. I wish the book was more about scientific aspect with less or null demonic and magical features. Though I challenged myself to resume reviewing sci/fi and fantasy books, I'm afraid I'll skip this book because of the traits I've mentioned above that are available in the book. Thanks for the review.

She was able to write a story that caused me not to use my real life biases to judge the book.
That makes this book sound like a good read. I am happy I was able to receive a copy. I can't wait to start reading this novel.Thank you for your great review. :D

Thanks for your review but I don’t think I can stomach the macabre torture and the sexual scenes that are taboo! I already had misgivings because of the title.

To be sincere this is not my kind of read mainly because of the sex scenes and the author mentioning demons, good review though BOTD

Thanks for the review, it made me consider to pick this book or not since there is some erotica in it.

The title of the book is eye-catching, however, I would not be interested in reading the book due to its abusive scenes. Thanks for the review.

Based on your review this seems like the kind of book which after reading you are glad it's fiction, and hope was not inspired by real life experiences. I can't imagine reading stuff about children being abused. Thanks for the warning. However, it's a theme which needs to be written about because stuff happens.
