The sample of the book was able to keep me interested and wanting to continue reading. It was a little hard to follow at some points with the various characters, but it was only a sample of the book! I think this book can catch the reader’s attention and keep them interested.

Am interesting review. Hillary wasn't really guarded in her upbringing but she was determined to be there for her own daughter, Claire. Claire was brilliant and exceptional among other kids. Nonetheless, she maitained the normal lane of children's habit. Claire went on vacation and some facts are being unraveled, hope the family tie will still be secured. I hope to get more insight about this story. A Nice review.

Honestly, after reading the Amazon blurb and the sample pages, I wasn't that terribly impressed, but your review sparks my interest. I think I would enjoy reading a book with realistic characters--especially, a well-written child-character. I may give this one a try. Good to know it's a stand-alone that doesn't require the previous books in the series to be read.

House of Eire is an wonderful book that can keep a reader suspenseful.

Also, it has a couple of interesting characters that are lively.For example, Hilary, the main character and her child Claire.

Moreover, the plot is interesting and the book is edited well.

I think it would be an enjoyable read for readers.

This was an interesting review and makes me want to read this book. I am, however, a person who does not like to read books that are a part of a series as a standalone... In my experience, there is always something that is missed because you didn't read the previous books in the series. That all said, this one looks interesting, so I may invest the time into reading it.

This sounds like a book that I'd quite enjoy, not to mention it's a stand-alone so it won't be necessary for me to read the others. I love the mystery that comes along with the dark secrets that's to be spilled. Also the characters seem to be realistic and easy to like. All in all, this book is a definite must-read.

I liked, from the preview I read, how description every aspect seems to be. Even the temperature and humidity level were described. The book started out with enough action to get one interested, but not so much action that it leaves one feeling overwhelmed. I would be interested to read this book and follow the journey of the main characters.
