Strong Heart, written by Charlie Sheldon, is a tale of an adventure of a young girl to a mystical land of legends, magic and fantasies. The book was published by Iron Twine Press in 2017. This is a 266 pages long book divided into 44 small chapters.

This is the story of an adventure. Tom, his friend William and William’s daughter Myra were planning to go on a trip to Olympic National Park. Just a day before the trip, Tom's ex-wife left their granddaughter Sarah with him. Sarah was an orphan and ornery yet they took her with them. During the trip, Sarah got missing. Tom, William and Myra searched the whole place but failed to find her. After 8 days, she appeared by herself. She was badly hurt. She was muddy, her clothes were torn and one of her fingers was missing. She told them that she was abducted by some skin boat people and later taken by razor stone people. They travelled to ‘The Place People Were’. But it was unbelievable. They thought that she had a concussion and took her back home. Later, they again came to the same trip with one more friend, Sergei. Will Tom, William, Myra or Sergei be able to see the place Sarah was talking about? Or is it only a story that Sarah created?

I was very excited when I read the description of this book. First 100 pages were good. But the next 140 pages hooked me so much that I cannot put down the book. The story had been taking many interesting twists and I wanted to read more. But I feel a little disappointed after reading the ending of the book. The author has left the readers in suspense. But this is the first book in Strong Heart series. I am looking forward to reading the next book as soon as possible.

I like the design of the book (especially the book title and the numbering of the chapters). The book is a quick read and people who loves to read about fantasies or dreams would like this book. Though it is a good book, I will not recommend this book for young adults, especially who have just started reading novels since it contains violent scenes.

Overall, it is a decent book with absolutely no grammar, punctuation, or typo errors. The book looks professionally edited to me. Keeping all this in mind, I would like to rate this book 4 out of 4 stars.
