I recently read a book like this on the power of small habits. I think I myself along with many others often expect success or huge life changes overnight instead of realizing the path to self transformation is paved with small, tiny habits that make a huge difference when put together. Thanks for the review!

Yes, the author is very clear about it being a process, and when you see someone reaching success you can't see the many steps he/she took to reach that point. Thank you for your insight!

I usually don't care much for self-help books unless they're practical and feature clear, reasonable advice. This one seems to fit the bill quite nicely. I've heard a lot about making small changes to improve your life. Thanks for the review!

This sounds like a very inspirational book about changing bad habits into good ones. I agree with the author that sometimes it doesn't have to be a big change all at once; it can be small changes that slowly change the behavior from bad to better. I also believe that you can affect your health and financial situation with your behavior. Great review!

Health improvements are part of the changes. The author is not a medical doctor, so his suggestions are not detailed concerning diet and exercise, but he points out that junk-food and lack of exercise are among bad habits, so it's important to change them. Thank you for your appreciation!

I appreciate the author's approach of starting with small changes. That way you don't feel so overwhelmed about achieving your goals. I liked that you included the reference to removing sugar from one's diet. That is a difficult one to tackle but worth the effort! Thanks for this inspiring recommendation!
