A device which can tell when one is to die, sounds intriguing. I wonder who really is to blame? Thanks for an interesting review and congratulations on BOTD.

Gun ownership is a sensitive topic and to integrate it to the novel's plot is a brilliant idea. It is a chilling thought to know one is about to die and there are just two ways to go about it: die doing good or die with blood in your hands. I will go for the first time anytime because gun in the house is never good. My opinion.

This sounds like a great book for fans of thrillers, but I don't think it's my cup of tea. It's a plus it is well-edited, thanks for a great review!

I think knowing when your time to live in this world is fading out would be a brilliant idea. As the author captures in the book, to some they would spend their remaining time to make a difference, which is impressive, though on the other extreme some would spend the time to cause harm. It is apparently an intriguing book and thrilling to read. Thanks for the review.

I love the premise - it sounds like "In Time", the movie from a few years ago. I didn't really care for the first ten pages, though. I think I will pass. Congratulations on Book of the Day!

I like this science fiction story with a twist. The death foretelling device is a really intriguing topic. Good job reviewing the book. 🙂

This book certainly gives us something to think about and has an interesting plot. Indeed is knowing when we will die a good idea? There is of course a moral issue to every question. This sounds like an interesting science fiction book. Thanks for the review.
Reading gives us somewhere to go when we have to stay where we are

BOOK TITLE: the final notice
AUTHOR: VAN FLEISHER

The era at which science and technology is taking the world into is becoming very alarming. Today is one discovery and another is one invention. In Van FLEISHER'S hypothesis of how this new device can predict the final days in human's life is quite controversial. The device can predict human's health in relation to old age or sickness, but it cannot predict sudden death.
Now tell me, where is the efficacy of this which canont give a final notice before one's dies.

The device is only limited to health challenges, but not accident. The device cannot give total fianal notice ..because of it's limitations. The book is not bad but I rate the novel 3 out of 4 stars.

This review grabbed my attention at the mention of a watch like device that lets you know your time is almost up. Gun ownership is a hot topic but even being pro guns I think it's always interesting to look at the other side. I'm definitely going to read this book.

I admire the concept of the book. Imagine a watch that is based on science and not magic with which people are able to get a “final notice” anywhere from a month to a few days before their time is up. I'm wondering what I will do if I have such watch? Great review

wow, this reminds me about a movie I watched "countdown". I admire the idea behind this book but at first glance, this would look like a perfect idea to know your end days but is it really a good thing to tell someone when he would die? Still a question I still find hard to answer.
Congrats on getting BODTD.

Great review. I really liked this book. I thought the plot was interesting and it really made me think about what I would do if I was provided that information.
