Reducing or removing carbs, sugar, ice cream, fast food and no alcohol works every time to help manage my weight.

I think a mug of warm water with some honey and lemon in the morning is great without forgetting to stay hydrated during the course of the day. I also avoid having large meals as much as possible and break my meals as much as possible. Its also important to have more protein and keep your carb intake as limited as you can.
To be honest, what I mostly do is try and eat clean as much as I can and as often as I can. Other times I will cheat with no guilt and make up for it later.
Just don’t allow your weight clean eating too much into your head. Stay as healthy as you can and have fun while you do it.
