Your review was a delight to read! Great work.

It seems often that books have great action at the expense of character development or vice versa. It's nice that the author managed to succeed in both these areas. Great review!

It's great that the author used language that was authentic for the time period. I love the way that makes characters come to life. I enjoyed your thorough review.

This sounds like a story with an excellent plot. The 4 out of 4 stars also says a lot. I look forward to reading it. Thanks for this concise review.

Ha! No fluff or fillers! I think it really depends on the book and this is a good point you make - it works for this one. Good review!

A book with a central message of "nothing is guaranteed" seems educational. Thanks for the review.
