Usually, I’m not a huge fan of “self-help” books, but it seems like this book is a bit of a genre on its own. I really appreciate the distinction of leadership as a skill rather than an inborn characteristic. I’ve had people try to convince me that, “We can all be leaders,” but I never really got what they meant, especially because I don't come by leadership naturally, until reading that now. Definite lightbulb moment. I’m looking forward to exploring that, and this book might be an interesting piece in that! I love that this book isn’t really for those who are on the “fast-track,” and that he is taking a more holistic, inward change for outward change mentality. Thanks for the great review!

I'm always disappointed when an intriguing book is only filled with inspirational words. This book sounds like it has really helpful and concrete ideas so I'll definitely add it to my reading list!
Happy reading, and thank you for your comment, Zoe! 🙂

This seems a useful novel. I must say that I found it complex, but I think my questions will also be answered once I finish reading it.

My pleasure. I'm glad you enjoyed the book; it's indeed a worthwhile read. Thanks for your supportive comment!

Thank you for your honesty! I used to think the same thing about being a leader only in the case you have "the spark," but the author's standpoint brought some rational aspects that made me reconsider. I'm positive you'll depict from this book some beneficial knowledge. Happy reading!
