An excellent psychological thriller with a dose of science fiction, romance, crime, and mystery sounds quite satisfying. I'd like to check this one out. Great review.

Apart from the satanic rituals, this definitely sounds like my kind of book. It's interesting to read that you think some of the substories/back plots could have been left out. I'll have to read it to form my own opinion about that.
Thanks for a most comprehensive review.

This is such intriguing story, I readily say, it's right down my alley. The mystifying components of black arts, science fiction and fantasy are just too inviting to pass by. I might find the proper window of opportunity to read this soon. Thank you for the insightful review.

Thanks for the resourceful review! Pity the Devil's Wife by W. Hanelan is a wonderful read especially for those fans of psychological thrillers, with demonic scenes dominating the story. A world of evil spirits and sacrifices are the themes contained here! Though am not a fan for these thrillers, some people are out there to enjoy them.

I have a strong interest in psychology, so it'll be interesting to read this psychological thriller. I especially like that it focuses on twins and mental health. Looking forward to solving the mystery!

Excellent review! I particularly like the opening because it basically advises any reader whether this book is their type or not. Also, the reviewer's presentation strongly supports the top rating.

I am fascinated by psychological thrillers, and mental health is a very important topic to me. Demonic scene and sacrifices are intriguing elements to add as well. I’ll have to add this to my “to read” list for when I have some free time—whenever that happens. Thank you for the helpful review.

This is quite an excellent book combining satanic world of rituals, secrets, personal relationships, and the scientific aspects of psychology. Claire's character stands out throughout the read. And the suspense literally keeps you glued to the book. As I've already read it, I would highly recommend this one to those who like indulging in a slow building suspense. But this one is definitely for a mature audience due to its sensitive themes. Thank you for the detailed review.
