Re: What am I? Riddle-Game

Post by DATo »

@InStoree

I am a place where many people go every day - though they have never been there.
Many people go to websites though they have never been to the geographic place that the website is coming from in person.

I can grant wishes - but there will be a price to pay in return.
This place can grant wishes if you have the money to pay for the object of the wish, like a book for instance.

My name, universally known, evokes fearful thoughts of dangerous travel in uncharted climes.
There are places on earth which can be really dangerous like rivers in the middle of unexplored jungles.

The king of my realm is bathed in riches.
Some people who have started and currently own website businesses are multi billionaires.

What am I ?

I'm just going to tell you because I think you missed one of my posts.
It is Amazon BUT specifically Amazon . com as distinguished from the female warrior or the river.

Go ahead and take a turn anyway.

I would have never guessed. Quite tricky, but now, of course, it seemed simple.

Oh, and I lied 🤭. I know this place actually.

Ok, let me think on the next one.

What is just in front of you but you can't touch it?

Clues:
*I'm surprising
*I have two close relatives
*I'm always ahead of you

What am I?

Interesting. I'm going to have to give this some thought.

I think she's gone, said Steelheart 🙂. Would you like to share another riddle, @DATo?

@InStoree

OK, I'll go ...

I come to your home sporadically.
Children are happy when I come.
Older adults are not happy when I come.
I leave something for one.
And leave nothing but rather steal something from the other.

Who am I ?

He/she seems to be a character like Santa, but I don't think it's him. I'll think about it.
