I also like changing up the genre I read sometimes, so I agree, a classic might be good for a change.JustineSophia2 wrote: ↑25 May 2020, 19:24 For the past few months I've read mostly fantasty/sci-fi or historical fiction books. I think it would be great to read one of the classics for June, maybe something I haven't read before. It's always great to mix up genres throughout the year.

For classics, on the other hand, maybe The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath? That one I've never read, but the idea fascinates me.

Those sound really interesting. I looked up both of the books, and they look like fun and interesting reads, respectively, with a lot of good food for thought. Thank you for mentioning them!gc0024 wrote: ↑27 May 2020, 08:37 On the memoir side of things, I've been meaning to reread Confessions of a Failed Southern Lady by Florence King! It's a pretty short and easy read, but with quite an array of discussion points.
