Pawn

Post by Samwisekoop »

I am not a pawn on your chessboard.
Nor a knight on the field.
I am not the king, lurking in his tower.
I am the queen, and I have not yet shone my power.

Don't you think the title of this poem should be Queen? lol. You have expressed your sentiments well.

Your feelings can be felt through the poem. It is strong and bold(not a pun) at the same time. I love when you write poems like this. I love 'em.

Thank you so much! But now you've got me laughing because of the whole "not a pun" thing. Bold...Haha! :D
