@Lunastella

Perhaps a couple more clues?

Sorry, guys! Please tag me, @DATo or @InStoree because I am such a scatterbrain!

More clues:
1) I'm green
2) Instagram has too many pictures of me
3) I usually come from the Southern border

Putting all the clues together

I'm expensive.
I'm "trendy".
My life is extremely fleeting.
My name is just nuts!
I'm green
Instagram has too many pictures of me
I usually come from the Southern border

I can think of some things, but none of them satisfy ALL the conditions of the clues.

I guess you really puzzle us @Lunastella 😵. A few days away didn't change anything. I still have no idea what it can be. What is it?

I absolutely love your guess, @DATo ! And I love Macadamia nuts but no...

Avocado!

I'm expensive.
Isn't it expensive in the USA? It is over here. Maybe this was a cultural difference.

I'm "trendy" and Instagram has too many pictures of me.
It used to be...It isn't anymore?

My life is extremely fleeting.
They are ripe one day and useless the next one...

My name is just nuts!
Ok, I agree this is not common knowledge. The name's ethimology is "testicles" (nuts).

I'm green

I usually come from the Southern border.
I'm assuming you guys are from the USA...

I guess this one failed due to cultural differences...
Sorry, @DATo and @InStoree

No problem @Lunastella. It was a good riddle and your clues were perfect. In my case, I have never had much experience with avocados so they just naturally never came to mind. Actually avocados are very popular here. I am just one of the misfits who never eats them.

I think you should get another turn if @InStoree agrees.

What a good one! Knowing the answer now it’s hard to see it as anything else but I was stumped.

Yeah, sure. No one guessed so, go-ahead @Lunastella. I'm parallel with Instagram and although the clues were very good, I couldn't relate anything to this platform. But now, of course, it makes sense. The avocado shut us down 😂. Well-played.

@Alyssa , @InStoree , @DATo
I hope this one's better!

I'm the star of my own movie!
I'm also the bad guy in a famous 90s film.
Women are very important in my family.
You steal from me... yes, you!
I can help when the power goes out.
I can help when you have a cold.

Yes! Bees! There's "Bee Movie" (2007) and they're the bad guys in "My Girl" (1991).
