 Samuel a mailman had spent sixty odd years more or less on his own following the same monotonous routine .On the way he had met Susan ,the love of his life ,the love ,however, lasted bearly enough for the two of them. He was glad they had not had any kids to continue the association with Susan after the divorce proceedings. Soon enough
Very soon he was to meet Leah whom he considered was probably a relationship that'll work for him .But alas an invalid credit card left him disheartened as she parted ways with the false hopes of uniting someday.
Hope to read the rest of the book....

This is really a cogent story of human who needed a boost. Depression is very rampant nowadays, I hope this book was able to give few insight into winning against these odds. Congratulations on BOTD.

I applaud the author for being able to write about such a sensitive topic, and it sounds like he did it well and really explored the thoughts of the main character. The story seems interesting, but it's not the type of book I generally read. Thanks for the review.

The book did not catch my eye. I'll better leave for someone who loves suicide and depression. But thanks for the review and congrats on BOTD.

A book into the mind of a depressed person. Total way of thinking is truly foreign to those who consider themselves satisfied with life. This book looks like it will be a great read.

Not sure if a book about depression is right for me, as the subject is a bit too dark for my liking. Nevertheless, congrats to the author on BOTD! :)

Great book, but very emotional. I recommend it to those who feel lost and need help to find peace. Great review!

Most men die slowly of boredom, especially when they've had their active life taken away from them. As mundane as this sounds, it happens. This book brings to bear the emotional challenges most men go through when they've hit rock-bottom. It's worth reading.

Any book about human frailties and hopeless despair that can ALSO achieve a sense of being hopeful and ironically illuminating, well that's worth a perusal to me! Thanks for providing this lovely review.

The plot has intrigued me to read this book. Character-driven, vividly narrated make it more interesting. Congratulations on BOTD.

Character-driven books have always done it for me. I like the mystery and unbundling of human feelings broached in the novel.

It's amazing how one spark of adventurous thought could be the game changer in a man's life. I'd love to see how this ends for Samuel.

I feel this book has a lesson to teach that suicide is not always the best option. I like the character of Samuel, how he was able to cope with his bleak realty by creating fantasies surrounding the packages he delivers and their respective owners which seems to unfold an opportunity for his breakthrough. Congrats on BOTD
