Unfortunately, I can't say that this book is appealing to me. Mostly because I am dog person and dislike cats, but also because pet stories hold zero to none interest with my tastes. Congrats on BOTD, anyway!

I like the plot of this story and I hope that more books are to follow. I think that having a cat as a main character is a great choice because cats are very expressive and mischievous. I also like that the cats like all cats wants to escape from the inside of his house and explore the outside without his owner. Mister Pushkin reminds me of my cat Maddy that I used to have as a child.

I've always enjoyed books written from the perspective of an animal. The objectivity afforded to impressions of humans very often reveals the absurdity of our actions and words. I wish the best for Mr. Puskin and hope he finds a suitable partner, perhaps Ms. Dostoevsky.

Cats are amazing animals. The personification in this book is on another level. I can't imagine a cat seeing me as the most irritable person. This book must be fun not only for children but also for adults. Congratulations to the author on BOTD

An enjoyable read about a cat who is trying to explore the outer world. Must be a different kind of a experience as the story unfolds from the perspective of the cat itself besides this is a collection of short stories. Thank you for an informative review.
‘In a world that increasingly obsesses over the gods of power, money, and fame, a writer must remain detached, like a bird on a rail, watching, noting, probing, commenting, but never joining. In short, an outsider.”

Mister Pushkin's tales sound like something I would enjoy reading to my young siblings before bedtime. The book is a must-grab for me. Thanks for the insightful review.

I'm not a cat fan, but it does seem like Mister Pushkin gets up to lots of amusing adventures. The book sounds like a light and cute story.

Firstly I thought of this as a children's book. But it is a collection of short stories, which seems unique. Congratulations on being BOTD and thanks for the free giveaway

The book seems interesting. I adore cats and agree that cats have their own opinion on everything. I believe they tolerate us only because we give them food otherwise they would have got rid of us to live on their own and do what they want. It will be interesting to read about Mister Pushkin's adventures and his relationship with Klem. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

Although I was impressed with the author's talent, I wonder if some of the phrases and vocabulary might be a bit of a stretch for an eight-year-old. I do think this would be great as a read together type of book for adults and children.

Will Mr. Pushkin manage to get out without Klem finding out? I think this book would really pique the interest of children. The author has done a great job here. Thanks for the review.
