How To Beat The Dream Stealers by David Mendenhall is a motivational book on how to conquer the oppositions to achieving our desired dreams. From his personal experiences, the author shares several insightful principles to be applied in our pursuit of financial, spiritual, physical, and social goals. Most importantly, David Mendenhall informs readers of the steps to take to overcome dream stealers.

He defines dream stealers as persons, circumstances, or thoughts that influence us to belittle, quit, or give up on our dreams. Some of these dream stealers could be negative thoughts, wrong associations, and addictive behaviors. He explains further on the topics by using stories, quotes, and questions for reflection to engage his readers to take action on the pieces of information given. Also, the author includes principles that can provide direction to his audience on how to control the dangers of their comfort zones and how they can limit people from reaching their goals. This book will surely motivate readers to shun mediocrity and realize their dreams.

I almost gave up on my dream until I read this book. After thinking about the information shared in this inspiring book, I decided to give myself another chance to try to attain my goal. I identified the factors that were stealing my vision.  What I liked most about this book is how the author used questions and application steps for each topic he discussed. It allowed me to reflect on the principles he shared, and it served as a reality check. This book exceptionally was written to identify barriers that can hold us back from reaching success. It was designed with every ingredient necessary to achieve this aim. For instance, some pictures in the book will help readers to understand what it means to take risks. He used the images to illustrate his points.

Furthermore, I liked how the author uses quotes from well-known public speakers to motivate his audience. He referred to authors like "Napoleon Hill." This attribute inspired me more. I did not find anything that I disliked about this book. I also did not notice any grammar and punctuation errors in this book. There is nothing I feel that should be corrected in this inspiring book.

Overall, this book does not contain anything that may offend young readers. I consider it professionally edited. Hence, I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. The principles shared in this book by David Mendenhall will help readers to achieve their goals and dreams. I recommend this book to those who aspire to attain success in business, career, marriage, and also those who wish to overcome destructive habits.

I never thought about the concept of 'dream stealers' until now. And even if I ever thought along that line, I never really considered t 'thoughts' to be under the category of dream stealers.
Thank you for this amazing review, it has really sparked my interest in this book, and I hope to read it soon.
