Music, more than sounds, is a gospel and weapon of unity. It's a universal language understood by all and sundry. I'll love to read this book as it has undertones of action, conflict, politics, a look into the chaos in the middle east.

It shows the Israeli-Palestinian conflict of the early 1980s. It is mainly based on two teenage characters, one Israeli and the other Palestinian. Both attend a school that promotes peaceful coexistence between both countries. A realistic and interesting topic.

This sounds similar to Romeo and Juliet, except with a large amount of politics and much more conflict involved. I like that in this iteration, the two teens try to get together and actively affect the conflict between their families. I'm not really a historical fiction buff, so I'll probably skip this one, but those who love the genre are sure to enjoy it. Thanks for the review!

Instead of children from opposing royal families getting married, in this work children are pushed together in school for political purposes. While the premise of the work is unique and your review is lovely, I am just not interested in this one.
