A historical fiction novel that borders on how the Nazis invaded Poland sounds informative. I will add it to my shelf so I can learn from it as well. Thanks for your interesting review.

I always enjoy your well-written, analytical reviews. This sounds like a well-written, character-driven novel. I think I shall pass, however. The content is too dark for my taste. Thanks for a good review!

A chameleon book showing the events of the persecution of the Jews during the World War, and this is shown in a big way in Poland, and it highlights some defense methods on the part of the Jews through the twins, and teaches the grandfather to them how to preserve their lives amid the Nazi tide and its invasion of them.
A historical fantasy in which the author highlights his talent for diving into the depths of the characters, their personal experiences and their hideous suffering, as it reveals many secrets of the Nazi invasion of Poland. He also experienced some romance inside these bloody events.
Greetings to the author and references.

I read Survival in Auschwitz when I was very young and I've never forgotten: Humans can be inhuman. I can foresee the horrors of this book. I hope they never happen again. Ever.

I love historical themed books. I must say that Brygida must be a very strong person for enduring such intense training. I am interested in knowing the background of the hostility of the Germans towards the Jews. Wonderful review

I didn't know of all of the horrors th es Jewish community endured until my daughter did a project several years ago for school. She was drawn to the subject and told me all about everything she learned. I was heartbroken. This book sounds like an excellent portrayal of those events.

Brygida has to learn at a pace her grandmother teaches her. This is indeed a challenging time for her and the world. Stopping this massacre is a must. I'll love to read this book. Thanks for the review.
