The plot sounds great. A story with a hint of something sinister. But you did mention that there are several technical errors within the book which can be rather off-putting.... but I guess I'll overlook those because of the storyline. Thank you for the wonderful review.

Sometimes when I read books, I get discouraged by conversations that go on for longer than is necessary, character's with no layers, and loose ends. I'm pleased to say that this book has none of those issues!
Same! 🙌 Awesome review. Thank you! And congratulations on getting featured!

There certainly seems to be a sinister element to this town! The uneasy feelings, missing persons, and dark shadows lurking in the woods that I read about in the sample sound like a springboard into a thrilling mystery. The idea that the reader knows the answers to the mystery before the characters do is an interesting concept!

What an interesting story. I somehow felt that it might be the same theme with the movies "Bird Box" and "The Silence," but something more sinister and thrilling. Thank you for your honest review! As much as I love reading stories of this particular genre, I am quite reluctant to give this a shot due to the "overwhelming errors" that you mentioned. Nevertheless, it's great review.

A thrilling book about strange happening on a once peaceful community. This sounds like a great read. I'll sample it to see if it's my kind of book.
Insofar as the word 'should' even has meaning, then we must say that the past is exactly as it should be, everything that happened should have happened, and everything that should happen will happen

A town where strange events that terrify its inhabitants begin to occur, many decide to abandon it. Someone decides to investigate and try to unravel the mystery. Based on the review, it seems like an excellent choice with well-described characters.
