One thing that makes me happy, and this is going to sound really evil is playing practical jokes on my fiancee. The other night before she left for work I stuck this big sign on the back of her car saying "I Want to Be the Fifth Wiggle" The wiggles are a group of four children's entertainers who sing etc. On her way home she said this car pulled up alongside her and they started singing Wiggle's songs. Hahahah, she thought they were all high.

Hahaha. To be fair she does it to me too. One day I don't know how she did it but she got a sign saying "Honk if you think I am a dork" on the front of my car. While I was driving down to the beach cars were honking their horns. I thought they were letting me know there was a speed trap up ahead so I started driving really slowly. By the time the fifth car honked it's horn I thought that my car must have been on fire or something.

My son-in-law and I worked at this one place, and I put a sign on his back that said sheep molester. He walked around that plant all day and never found it out.

Just a few of the things that make me happy....

1. Hearing my children laughing.
2. Having the house organized and clean – major Feng Shui!
3. Walking closely with Jesus and feeling God’s will in my life.
4. Having the time to really enjoy a good book.
5. Vacations with my family.
6. Date nights with my husband.
7. Decorating and redecorating rooms – my daughter now loves this too.
8. Being healthy and my family healthy.
9. Singing (and I sing terrible!) to all the words of songs from the 80’s and 90’s – driving my girls crazy! Poor dog’s ears hurt.
10. Girls getaway vacation with my best friend.
11. Seeing my girls doing something well and enjoying themselves and their lives. Praying they know the Lord.
12. Amusement parks – the bigger the roller coasters, the better! Whole family loves them.
13. Doing my job well and being appreciated.
14. Good hair days.
15. Rainy days – when I need to do things inside.
16. The crispness of Fall days – beautiful leaves and sweater days.
17. Staying on the beach late in the afternoon when most of the crowds have left. Reading and chilling until the sun starts to set. Wearing a sweatshirt as the air starts to chill.
18. The first day of school year for my girls!
19. Iced Tea!
20. Going out to lunch.

Out of boredom I'm adding twenty more to my list haha.

1. Realizing I'm watching cartoons without any kids in the house.
2. Catching my husband watching cartoons when theres no kids in the house..
3. Falling asleep listening to rain.
4. Realizing I lost weight without trying to. :)
5. People who use the words shenanigans, quirky, mosey, hootenanny and shindig.
6. Finding movies and cartoons I haven't seen since I was a kid. (Serendipity (a sea monster named serendipity), unico, the last unicorn, princess and the goblin, happily ever after (I loved the dwarfettes)..)
7. Flipping through my grandmas old photographs from her childhood and listening to her memories..
8. The feeling of total satisfied exhaustion after a long run.
9. The realization that my entire world has been shook after finishing an incredible book.
10. Time magazines and national geographics.
11. The feeling of completion after I finish a painting
12. Vanishing into writing mode and not resurfacing for days.
13. Finding stray animals homes and knowing they'll be safe.
14. The look of amazement on homeless people's faces when I give them hugs when I drop off food for them.
15. Baking. Cookies, cakes, pies especially. All hand made. (I make the best pumpkin cheesecake)
16. Making faces at little kids in stores that I don't know just to make them laugh.
17. Gardening. I love the excitement of seeing the first little sprout.
18. Amusing you lovely people.
19. People that appreciate my weird sense of humor.
20. Jelly. Jelly is a chananimal. Its a two foot tall stuffed elephant and its made out of chanel (like the blankets). It's yellow and pink with fuzzy blue parts. I've had him since I was born. Makes me happy knowing I can share him with my future children. According to my mum jelly was my first word. He's been Jelly ever since.

I always find things that make me happy. I'm a pretty giddy person so I could have made a list of 100
My bodies really weird.. when I try to lose weight I gain. When I decide I don't care anymore and stop paying attention I lose. Last summer I was trying to lose forty pounds to get me back to my normal weight and when I went on a diet I gained ten pounds. Gave up and from November to February I lost fifty two pounds and I ate everything I wanted since it was thanksgiving and Christmastime. Makes no sense..

^ I know what you mean. Laci, I lost 2 stone last year by walking more and cutting out certain high carb food from my diet, its 99% psychological when losing weight, strangely if you fixate on food and calories etc you are more likely to obsess about food and pig out and gain weight! If you are in the right mindset you can really go far. Sadly nearly a stone of my weight is back due to my crippling Lucozade addiction, I have tried over and over again to quit it, I need to have it in my life so its just a matter of how much!

I was very happy earlier as I went on a lovely relaxing walk by the beach, hardly anyone around, very peaceful. :D

I know what you mean Mike. We've cut out all red meat completely (which wasn't hard considering chickens the only meat I really eat anyway. It's mostly taking it away from husband), sodas, sugar, and most bread. Plus matt and I run three miles a day (his payback for me cutting out all of his favorite foods haha...). I need to lose twenty pounds and he's scared of losing his six pack ( ) since he's a boxer. We've been doing pretty bad lately, we love doughnuts too much... so we're trying to do it together. I guess that makes me happy.. though I would prefer we just get fat together..

Another thing that makes me happy is laying in bed with my husband and being surrounded by our sleeping pets (cats and foxes) and knowing our little family is perfectly content and safe.
