Making E-books feel like paper books

When I read on E-books, it helps to make it feel like a paper book. This helps me focus on the words more. E.g. some things I do are page turning and limiting words per page. What are some other ways to make E-books feel like paper books?

I've found that the highlight function on my Kindle is very helpful to me! I don't highlight in paper books most of the time, but I like that the Kindle puts all of your highlights under one tab. Then I can revisit them when I am rereading a book or trying to share a certain section with a friend. It helps me focus as well.

There is no way we can make e-book to look or feel like paperback. Paperbook has its own prestige that cannot be compared with the e books at any chance.

I also like to have that paper book feel. So I enable the turn page function and I can as well use different colours to highlight texts too

Although this is somehow a complex move to assume a sentiment that is reading ebooks should make us feel reading paper books, there are a whole lot more methods out there that you should try. In my case, I change the background to a paper texture one and often use highlight and bookmark. Happy reading!

I have read more eBooks than paperbacks in the last 24 months. But then, there is this unique feeling that comes with reading paperbacks. For me, I doubt if eBooks will ever feel like paperbacks

The latest models of e-books have been much improved. Page navigation, text type and displays are made to look more like real paper. But no matter I never get the satisfaction of reading like the way I read with paperback.

I don't try to make it seem like a physical book. I enjoy kindle on its own and physical book on its own.
