Thank you for the review! This seems like a very interesting mystery to read. I don't mind the excessive use of profanity, but I can see how it can become annoying. I'll make sure to check it out.

The book sounds interesting and exciting and dwell on topics that are pretty important nowadays like friendship, betrayal, murder, violence, suspicion, and loyalty. There is mystery and intrigue when Phil is visited by some characters, who want the mysterious JAYDEE file and the return of their childhood friend, Tina. It will be interesting to read the book. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

In reading the sample pages, the characters were so engaging that I didn’t even notice the profanity until you mentioned it. Thanks for your thorough review.

It must have been terrible for both Phil and Wayne to witness the death of a childhood friend. I would have also disliked the excessive profanity. However, I'm going to give the book a try since it sounds interesting. Thanks for the honest review.

The book sounds interesting, particularly the subject of childhood friendships. However, the profanity would put me off it

Excellent review, thank you. The crime drama seems to have many captivating elements but the R-rated profanity is definitely something I do not like. I may not consider reading this.

I have gotten quite used to the excessive use of profanity in books now. So it won't be much of a problem to me. By the way, superb review.

Waves Break is the first book I read and reviewed on this platform and I thoroughly enjoyed both reading and writing her review. The tragic death of Stevie and the subsequent arrest of Tyrone. The novel is filled with twist and and turns, it's a super thriller...
