The plot sounds quite interesting and seems jam-packed with action and suspense. I wonder if Adam returns home from Turkey and if he confronts his friend. Thank you for a nice and detailed review.

Miriam Molina wrote: 06 Aug 2020, 19:29 I wonder how "Begotten" comes into the picture. And that cover, too. Like you, I'd like to ride shotgun with Adam from Germany to Turkey. But what a time to fall in love! This looks to be an explosive story, both literally and otherwise.
It is an interesting story Miriam. Thanks for finding time to read and comment.

Wow! Friends! Goodness gracious! His friend gave him an explosive laden car to deliver? What if it went off on the road? I'm even more of humans. Beautiful review. I'd love to read this book.

My favorite way to learn history is by historical fiction, especially if it is done right. I also love books that have humor injected in them. Consequently, I think I would enjoy this book. Thanks for a wonderful and informative review, as always!

The cover of this book seems off from what I think this book is about. However, this book sounds interestingly good.
