Sure, immense anxiety can lead to victims isolating themselves for fear of misjudgment. With the practical examples given, even those who wouldn't like to seek assistance can try them out.

Among the practical guidelines given, I choose to eat healthily, exercise and practice meditation occasionally.

Outright, any stress and anxiety reliever that requires professional assistance shouldn't be administered in person. The subject risks complications that may be fatal. I believe most of the practical remedies given by Gustavo if done correctly, pose minimal to no chances of complications.

Downright, what galvanized people is a sense of belonging. And when dealing with stress and anxiety, it's tempting to opt for the easy way out. The book is practical but not limited.

Yes, the practical lessons given can be applied in our daily routines. If we'd heed and form the habit of doing so, then we would protect ourselves from stress and anxiety.

Yes, so it is totally dependant on the reader how he wishes to use this one. It has great remedies that can give you a better understanding of stress and anxiety problems in general. But while you apply them, yous should keep a lookout for possible side-effects which can be harmful to your health, so you should take professional advice if you wish to take medication as the remedy of your stress.

Yes, a professional opinion must never be frowned upon. I think you should always think before you act. If you want to use some remedy without any prior experience or advise it can affect your health in a bad way. So always look for a professional opinion whenever possible.

Yes, a single treatment is definitely not a cure for all patients. Each person is unique and they may react differently to a particular remedy. The source of their stress should be deducted and then proper remedy should be suggested to them.

I can agree with the idea of this book acting as a first aid kit. It will reduce the immediate threat and it will be a support to the proper therapeutic act which will come next. And also as you cannot go for a long time alone with first aid, you cannot treat yourself forever, only with this book. So, yes, what this book offers is more like a first aid kit than an actual treatment
