Yes, that is why a proper solution is breaking the anxious thoughts by doing something you actually enjoy. This can clear your thoughts and clam your minds, which plays a major role in decreasing stress.

Yes and nature reminds us that everything can not be as complicated as it seems. Nature has a surreal beauty which inspires us. Spending time in nature is a tried and tested technique to reduce stress levels.

Yes, children can sometimes surprisingly pick up on emotions. Also being around children can help you to seek for things that you cannot in stressful situations. It can help us change our perspective and enjoy ourselves in this process.

True, the alternatives that haven't been highlighted by Kinrys will keep evolving. Creative minds are always working daily. I'm happy I have a resourceful book to look back into when I hit the creative block.

If you find something that works for you definitely keep it up. That it is all that matters. I also find praying very soothing.

Yes, I love to sketch too when I have a bad mood. The concentration involves makes me forget the bad day and develops my focus.

Yes prayer is a great way to relieve stress. It is a form of meditaiton where you concentrate and helps you calm your mind. It is effective and I find prayer useful as well.

Yes, writing down your emotions is an effective way to reduce stress. It keeps your perspective on stress and helps you understand your feelings better. It also helps you get the idea of what is the stressor.

Yes, massaging oil is pretty useful. One, it gives a good massage, and also it relaxes your scalp and relaxes your nerves and you can concentrate better.
