BOOK TITLE: DECEITFUL SURVIVAL
AUTHOR: LC Lee

Betth's life was a life of adventure to survival. She actually survived the tempest of life and became sister Mary at the convent. The book is emotional.

Thanks for your review. It sounds like a nice story, though the errors indeed make the readers confused.

The plot of this story is just wow. Only the review has my imagination running wild. I love it when romance is mixed in with historical fiction but the errors seem really confusing. Congratulations on the BOTD.

The storyline seems interesting. The characters of Beth and René sound promising. Hope the grammatical errors get rectified soon. Looking forward to reading it. Congrats on BOTD!

The sample drew me into Beth's life with a violent father and nowhere to call home after the death of both parents. Then as a nun in Haiti, she felt temptations that were new to her. I am curious as to whether she and the priest end up giving in to sexual temptation. From your wonderful review, I learned she has a son. Therefore, something takes place in the story that would not be acceptable as a nun. I will definitely be reading this book. Congratulations on BOTD.

Great review. This book looks like a character driven historical novel that manages to put in various twists and turns. Particularly interested in knowing the story behind her becoming a nun and the threats she faces as she is tempted.

You did a very good job of clarifying everything. I really liked how you expressed your opinion and that's why I know this book is not for me. I like a little action otherwise I get bored. But I think I might read it when I want to read something that I don't usually go for. Thanks for a great review though.

The book is a good story with a sad story. The author has given a message to the community how children who lose their parents are going through it. The author used Beth to deliver a message to the community. Beth has had a difficult life with her aunt until she decided to flee to Haiti. I loved the book it provides a great lesson for the community.

Deceitful Survival, the name it self captured an interesting story, Beth whom later changed her name to Mary Andree had to undergo the temptation of life from childhood to maturity, she really knew the live she deserved and work hard for it. I love the story because it captured all the ethics of an interesting novel.

This review has helped me understand the wonderful story in this novel.
Historical novels are powerful when there is that will for a character to survive.
I will read this book. Thanks for the review.

This sounds interesting enough. Historical fiction featuring a nun is not something you see often. However, this is a bit light for me. Congrats to the author in any case.
