Yes, however, I think it is an acceptable guide to use in case you are unable to go to a doctor. In those cases, I think this book is well documented with step by step practical guide so that you can feel better before consulting a doctor. I think that is what makes this book so appreciable. It is relatable and very practical to use.

For many with anxiety, just going to a practitioner is going to aggravate that anxiety. In that scenario, beginning with a book, such as this one, may help quite a bit. As with most things you can't blanket predict what is practical in everyones life. What works for me may do nothing for another person.

It is practical. I say this because I have tried the remedies that the author suggested and most of them have really helped.

I think it is practical as the author offers various method to relieve stress and anxiety but I don't think that book can be used as a substitute for professionals. This book is useful at smaller level where people fell normal anxiety or stress due to day to day life.

Yes, that is true. I like how the author has put a lot of remedies in this book to make the book seem more relatable. He details the amount of nutrient and the source from where one might obtain the nutrient. It is really something which I appreciated a lot. Especially when everything is summerised as tables at the end of the book is something which makes this book a alot more practical.

So do you think the remedies which you have tried would have been more effective in presence of a professional? Or does what you practiced would have no significant improvement in the presence of a professional?

Yes, I think that this book is merely a handbook that you read to help you get a perspective of stress. No boo can relace the experience a professional has in dealing with similar cases. That being said, I hope that this book becomes practical to use in times when the doctor is not reachable due to whatever reason.

This book is actually very practical. The author as given a lot of methods to help readers who are in these situations (stress and anxiety)get relieved. And it can be as practical guide for easing stress and anxiety.

I think some of the parts are practical, like the diet improvements. It can't harm you to include healthier foods. But some parts need assistance from a professional, like neurofeedback.

The book is a definitely practical guide as the author tabulates a variety of methods to help with anxiety and stress.

CBT, for example, may not be effective unless mediated by a certified professional. In relation to this question, I believe this therapy technique then detracts from the conventional understanding of "practical".

I found the diet suggestions more practical in the sense that the knowledge can be practiced independently of any professionals.

In all, however, I'd say that the strategies outlined in the book were practical in the sense that they inform every reader on what is possible, obtainable and available out there for the relief of stress and anxiety. So, yes, the information is practical for something.

Undoubtedly, this book provides good practice for guidance. Of a surety, serious cases of anxiety require experienced assistance, however, I find that the procedures and strategies in the book are useful and completely acceptable in everyday life. So, Yes!

I feel that the book is very practical. The only issue I had was with the "Tap on it" section. There were so many steps to go through using pressure points. I think if someone was having an anxiety attack, it would be impossible to remember all those instructions.

I found the remedies listed in the book to be very practical. Their use is mainly for self-help and only for application in mild cases

My answer to this is yes. I think the tips in this book are practical and something one can find easy to apply in their lives. The pieces of advice can be effective in real circumstances.
