I enjoyed reading this book sometimes back, and would say Matthew Tysz is a great writer, I enjoyed reading most of his books.

I'm thoroughly impressed by the way you phrased the review, and the summary to review ratio was great. I agree, the book is definitely an introduction to the entire series.

The book's title and cover fascinates me. It seems that the first page of the book will immediately hook you, so I'd want to give this book a try.
