I enjoyed reading the book. It's adventurous and mysterious. Meldorath was one of the characters whose role spiced up the plot. I agree with the reviewer that the author's imaginative abilities are epic. "His descriptions took my imagination on a wild ride, and it felt like I was physically witnessing the events in the book." There is a lot to grasp from the story and be entertained as well. Congratulations on being the BOTD and BOTM.

Great review! I am particular when I choose fantasies, but I might like this one. Let's fight against the "Lord Meldorath"s within and around us!

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting fantasy novel about a young man who is tasked with taking over his uncle's steel forge in a land ravaged by war. It might be worth a second look. Well done.

My tongue along with my mind is twisted upon reading the first part of the review. The author sure did used fictional names and places. But upon reading halfway of your review, I guess although I'm not into this type of books, I am encouraged to read it and share it with others (If I happen to like the story, too). Thank you for a well-written review! :)

This fantasy adventure is a true thrilling read that I found to be amazing indeed. It's one of the beautifully written books I've ever read. Mr. Tysz's writing style is so strange and astute. I also liked his use of vivid imagery in this book. Congrats on the BOTD!

What a well-written and detailed review. This book seems full of adventure and I like how diaries and journals are used to bring the characters to life. Looking forward to seeing where Galen’s path takes him.

What a brilliant review! You certainly covered all aspects of this book and seem full of praise for it. It isn’t the type of book I’d normally pick up, but you certainly did it justice. Well done!

I am an avid follower of the series and I can't wait to hear more about the fate of the citizens of Voulhire. Matthew surely does have a wonderful way with writing and it captivates me every time I pick up one of his books. Thank you so much for your insightful review! Happy reading :techie-studyinggray:
