The free sample made me think of Harry Potter and Game of Thrones. The official review was an excellent review and I can see why the book was given 4 stars. I enjoyed the sample but I am not sure if I will read the entire book in the future. I have too many books to read right now.

This is an absolutely amazing book! I could not put it down. Tysz is so talented at world building and character development, and the alternating perspectives definitely add depth to the story. Anyone who is a fan of fantasy should give this book a try! Thanks for the great review.

This definitely seems like a good read, and with such a large cast, the fact that all the character were well-accounted for and you didn't lose track of them is certainly a good indicator of the author's prowess at writing. Great, vivid descriptions are also a plus! Thanks for the review.

I read this book, and I mostly enjoyed Galen Bray's narration. The rest I didn't quite enjoy, too much description less story. since this is the first book of this series ill try out the second book.
