Project Tau is still on my list of books to read but your review made me push it to a higher position. I can't wait to read both books. I love the fact that emotions and family dysfunctions play a big part here. I'm so tired of Sci-Fi books and movies where the prevalent theme is "kill the aliens."

I seriously thinks it's an interesting book cuz first things first I'm a sucker for sci-fi and the fact that it's a series and not a standalone so you can get connected to the characters Is what I love to have. Tho I haven't read the first book but looking at this I sure want to.

It takes well-developed characters and vivid descriptive language for me to enjoy science fictions books. Your examples of similes and enthusiasm for the characters make me think this book might be good for me. Thank you for your thoughtful and detailed review!

Great review! I just finished Project Tau so I'm excited to read this one soon. From your review, it seems like Homecoming will be just as exciting and well-written as the first one.

You know a book is awesome when it is hard to put down. It is also well-written with unique and relatable comparisons, believable dialogue, and an evolving plot and evolving characters. I have added this book to my reading list. Great review!

This sounds like another great story for science fiction lovers and I can't wait to read about Tau and Kata's adventures as they try to keep one step ahead of GenTech.

Technological potential is so huge your imagination can explode. Sci-fi is an avenue that authors can use to even give ideas to innovators. What's missing is the necessary logic behind the design of the narrative. Some may exaggerate beyond the practical scope. This one is an exception though. Good job.

I love sci-fi, but I'm not so sure I'd appreciate the use of profane words or the violent scenes. However, the subject of human cloning and the protagonists' journey to other planets sound tempting. If I decide to read the series, I'll start with Project Tau first. Thanks for an excellent review!

I read the sample of Project Tau and didn't realize this was the sequel until I read your review. That totally makes sense now! You did a nice job pointing out what the author did right and I am all for the book having humanitarian aspects, so-to-speak, of course. Nice review!
