This book probably is too US market-oriented for me to benefit from the explanations, links, and information. I was wondering: if this is the 7th book, is it an addendum to the information in the first 6, or does it replace the previous books?

Yes, a non-fiction book like this a rare piece to read in the expert’s guidance. Moreover, in Commercial Property Made Easy, Chris Lang put forth the 9-steps that are validated for sure RIO. The property market, especially in reality is indeed an exponential growth. Though in the US context, the tips described in this book should be applicable to other region dealings too. I wish I get hold of the full version book to read in full.
Nice review, That Reviewer, Thanks.

Commercial property made easy is an interesting take on a topic that can be heavy and boring (to some). Reading about a young couple in their 30's with two young children is not only relatable but a twist on the image of commercial real estate investors as older people with more money and life experience. It's also a challenge because this couple is seeking to expand their wealth at an age where most would be content to tread water and raise kids. I only read the excerpt and I'm very interested to read the entire book. I do hope it has some insights on how one would navigate the situation we are in right now, where the pandemic has created an overnight "work from home" culture that threatens the commercial real estate space while promoting residential sales especially in the suburban and borderline rural areas

This appears to be a handy resource for individuals requiring in-depth information regarding commercial property acquisition. I'm not in that category, but I'm sure it would prove to be invaluable material. Thanks for the review.

This book sounds interesting and helpful for those people who are looking for a book about investing. Besides, it seems to be very practical, which is very important in books like this one. However, the theme of commercial property investment doesn't interest me. So I think I'm going to pass it this time. Thanks for the informative review! Great job!

I agree that the resources including links to an app, audio clips, video tutorials, and other online materials would be helpful to the reader. With the app, you could check your buying criteria against your investment objectives to get an estimated property rating. This process would help the reader make informed investment decisions. Congratulations to the author.

This book seems very helpful to this interested in commercial real estate. I like that they used stylistic differences for the different speakers. The book also kept it simple so those with a casual interest won't be deterred.
