Thanks for the review. I wonder if the same pointers can be used for properties out of USA or it's specific to that country alone.

Those readers who are looking at pursuing commercial real estate would really benefit from picking up this book. While much of the terminology is foreign to me, it sounds like the author is well educated and illustrates ideas with ease. I also think it is smart that the book is organized into three sections. This isn't the book for me right now, so I think I will pass. Thanks for the informative review.

This writer has made his book like bullet points so that'll help people know exactly where they need more information and where they can find it. 92 pages is absolutely lovely. Thanks.

Nice review! I like that you mention that you tried out the practice exercises and that you enjoyed them. I was wondering (and kind of still am wondering!) what kind of practice exercises a person could participate in to help improve their commercial property buying experience? I'm currently reading a book on business ethics that has exercise questions and so, now I'm wondering! Buying commercial property verses other investments just doesn't seem to be a topic conducive to practice exercises, which is why I am glad you gave them a thumbs up and shared that.

Plus, a book on commercial property made me think of the song "Warehouse" by The Dave Matthews Band which was a good song to start the morning!

Thanks for the review!

Additional use of resources such as video clips is thoughtful enough and I hope they enhance the understanding of the message in the book .Great review.
