Does not look like my type of a book hence I'll pass. But thank you for an insightful review.

I do not believe that this book will be fascinating to me. I do not read these kind of topics. Thank you for the review anyway

This looks like an ideal read for those that are looking at getting into the commercial property investment or real estate games.

I can't say I'm terribly interested in the topic of Commercial Property Made Easy, however, it sounds like a useful guide for those who are. Thank you for your great review!

This seems like such an informational book for those interested in commercial property. Personally, I'm not interested in investing in commercial property but since I work in finance, this is a topic I would be interested in learning more about. Thanks for the review.

I wonder if various types of commercial properties had case studies to show the applicability of the suggested 9 step formula on each of them. Thanks for the review.

A meticulous description of the book in the form of a review !! Not a personal preference but the book definitely looks informative enough for those looking to learn more about commercial property.

This book sounds informative but it is US market-oriented. It will be of great help to business people. Wonderful review.

Sounds like a good book, but given that it's centred on property investment in the USA, it won't really apply much to me.

If I were considering investing in commercial property, I would most likely find this book useful. However, having taken many FEMA courses, I would always be concerned with property damage from hurricanes or earthquakes in relation to having to maintain commercial property. Still though, the idea of investing is intriguing!

For anyone interested in commercial real estate, this book appears to be a resource to pursue. According to this review, the author provides precise, detailed steps for beginners with clear-understandable graphics and linkable resources. Unfortunately, this area of investment isn't where my interests lie. Great review!

Thanks for the review, but I have zero interest in real estate, let along commercial properties. I therefore will most definitely not be reading this book.
