If I were considering investing in commercial property, I would most likely find this book useful. However, having taken many FEMA courses, I would always be concerned with property damage from hurricanes or earthquakes in relation to having to maintain commercial property. Still though, the idea of investing is intriguing!

According to this review, the author provides precise, detailed steps for beginners with clear-understandable graphics and linkable resources.
