Non fiction books are not my cup of tea, besides business, especially investment, is not something I would engage myself in. Still I've read the review and am sure that the book will find it's reader and help him to become successfull in the commercial property business. Congratulations on becoming BOTD!

I've always wondered about how difficult it is to safely invest in commercial property development. Sounds like an interesting book.
1 Cor 15: 19-20, 26 If only for this life we have hope in Christ, we are of all people most to be pitied.
But Christ has indeed been raised from the dead...The last enemy to be destroyed is death.

Very informative book. A gateway to investment in commercial property. I love that it doesn't read like a school book. Congrats to the author.

This is an excellent review that identifies all the strong points the book has. The potential reader will know whether the book is for him or not, for readers who decide to read the book, the review describes what they will find in it, how the book is organised and how will the learning based on the book take place - I appreciate that the importance of re-reading was signalled, along with taking the exercises proposed.

I can picture many business-oriented people enjoying this book. However, it is definitely not my cup of tea because I don't like business-related topics.

This is not an industry I will ever find myself in, but I appreciate that the author has crafted such a comprehensive and straight-forward book that includes additional resources for the reader.
There is no frigate like a book
To take us lands away,
Nor any coursers like a page
Of prancing poetry.
This traverse may the poorest take
Without oppress of toll;
How frugal is the chariot
That bears a human soul!

Great job on your review!

Non-fiction books are not a genre I visit much. I can see how the experience and knowledge of this author will be valuable to those interested in commercial property. They will find this book a valuable resource.
