Investing in real estate and property seems to be a gold mine. I appreciate the call to action included in the book. Superb review!

Such a detailed review. Unfortunately, I have no interest in commercial property investment. I'll be sure to recommend this to anyone who shows interest!

Nice review, but I will pass on this one. I don't think I would like to read this book.

I may look at it. I used to have an interest in investing in real estate, but my credit rating is in the tank and I'm pretty well broke because I can't work. I enjoyed reading your review.

I think this is a very useful book. However, being from outside the US, I don't know if this would be very useful for me. Thanks for the review.

I’m not interested in commercial property (at least not yet—never say never), but this sounds like an excellent resource. Since this is his seventh book on the topic, he obviously knows a bit about commercial real estate. Thank you for an informative review.

It seems like a well-written book. The author also went out of their way to be more helpful to the reader by giving more sources and practice questions. However, this isn't a book that I'm interested in so I'll pass.

From a sampling, this seems like an interesting self help book on commercial property and how to research and profit from commercial properties. While it might not be for everyone, it might be worth a second look. Well done.

Thank you for taking the time to review this so thoroughly for us.
It seems like a very informative read, and the inclusion of other resources shows the writer’s desire to aid the reader further.
As the reviewer, is this something that you were interested in before reading? Or were you just trying to expand your knowledge?
Thanks!

It is indeed true that commercial property investment has grown to become a multi-billion dollar business in the United States. I'm looking forward to reading this book. Thanks for the excellent review.

A practical guide on commercial property investment. Sounds like a great resource for those who are dabbling in the subject matter.

Thanks for the review! This seems like an excellent resource for anyone interested in commercial properties. I am not necessarily interested in the field, but will recommend to others.
