Wow! What an important book for people who have the funds to utilize this information. I think this is very needed. How many businesses fail because the owners lack the knowledge in this book? I like that you said the book provides additional resources for more information. Sounds like a well-rounded offering. Thanks for your review. I enjoyed your analysis.

Nice review. This is not of interest to me. I’m not a real estate agent or future commercial property invester. However, I know people that would love this book and benefit from the nine steps offered and the conversation between the author and student.
