The authors also made the book simple and precise, so the readers can understand the main principles of investment in a short time. The external sources provided will help to build this knowledge further and apply it in the real world of commercial property. I am very interested to read this book. Congrats to the author on BOTD!

I like the content. It gives us information in dealing with commercial properties. I do not know well about business, but yes, I agree with the author that commercial property is an ideal business to have. Though it is costly, a good try would be the best.

After reading this detailed review and the sample from Amazon, it also seem the book gives practical advise that can be easily understood.
