Financial literacy is very important. One has to have an accurate knowledge of how to invest for maximum profit. Since commercial property investment is trending now-a-days, it is useful and profitable to gain knowledge in this section. The authors also made the book simple and precise, so the readers can understand the main principles of investment in a short time. The external sources provided will help to build this knowledge further and apply it in the real world of commercial property. I am very interested to read this book. Congrats to the author on BOTD!

I do not think I am the target audience for this novel. I am not too interested in property or business in any capacity, but it is still good to be educated about these topics. Thank you for this awesome review.

I like the content. It gives us information in dealing with commercial properties. I do not know well about business, but yes, I agree with the author that commercial property is an ideal business to have. Though it is costly, a good try would be the best.
Reading is a journey to the world.

I would like to read the preliminary stages of this book, where the author explained the benefits of commercial property. I doing a thesis on that. Maybe this book will be of help.

An informative and helpful book for those who are interested in investments and expanding their businesses. However, I don't think this book is my cup of tea. Thanks for your review.

I am not interested in neither commercial property investment nor real estates, but this book could be of immense benefit some days in the near future. I am glad that the information was condensed and the reader is directed to other resources for more extensive reading. Thanks for the review.

This book seems very insightful to those interested in investing in real estate. I like that the book seems to break the advise it provides into steps. After reading this detailed review and the sample from Amazon, it also seem the book gives practical advise that can be easily understood. The book’s reference to outside material also seems like a great bonus. Continued exposure to the action steps would only help those wishing to learn commercial investment skills retain what they have learned. Great informative review!
