I loved the way you expressed your connection with the author and book's message. When a self-help book offers practical suggestions that positively impact the readers' life, it is worth the time and effort to read and digest. Thanks for this amazing review and inspirational recommendation!

The book sounds inspiring. I agree with the author, we are our greatest enemy. However her story clearly shows that we also can be our best friend and hero if we choose. Quite inspiring. Congrats on being the BOTD.

I do concur with Dee J. C's thinking that "Sometimes our greatest enemy is ourselves, our attitudes, and our false beliefs." I'm looking forward to reading more of her life experiences in the book. Thanks for the insightful review.

I really do not enjoy reading autobiographies so I am going to pass on this one. Thanks for the great review though!

Thank you for your thoughtful, personal review. This book seems insightful and well written. The explanation of the 6 C’s and codependency sound very interesting and apply to many people who don’t realize they could use help. I will be adding this to my shelves to read soon!

Although I am not a reader of self-help guides, I think the author's life story is both inspirational and motivational for all those who pass through difficult moments. Kudos to the author for having the courage to share painful personal experiences. Thanks for your review!

Your review sounds amazing and very detailed. I'm glad the book helped you a lot and that you enjoyed reading it so much. However, I do not thinkg this would be my cup of tea, yet I'm not exactly sure why.

A truly touching memoir about Dee J.C. I already feel like this is a good read for most families. A profound level of knowledge would be imparted to readers. But I think I would pass. Nice review written

It is so inspiring to see a book that can help so many going through tough times. The author wrote a transparent and genuine story about their lives that others can look to when they are going through similar troubles.
