As a business leader myself, I am impressed and thankful for this insight. The author just went straight for the jackpot. I completely agree with the author that controlling, understanding people, directing and setting and defining achievable goals are the most common areas that managers make mistakes. I will add communication.

This is one of the most important source for managers or want to be manager. David Mastron told us about his experience by that book. He himself relate in the whole book that how he overcome himself of all the failures . He has given all the important tips to become a successful manager. He also told about what types of mistakes did by managers that lead all the staff into the failures. He also talk about decision making, directing , controlling , etc etc. various topics in deeply which is really very helpful . He included quotes in his book . I like it😊😊 . Overall whole book is full of knowledgeable.
