People don’t realise just how common anxiety disorders are. I myself have anxiety and I’m looking forward to reading this book to help me with that. Great review! The part about creating a virtual shield intrigued me so I’m excited to learn how to do that.

Anxiety is a human thing, but I'm thinking that it's not being approached in the right way. Kudos to the author although I don't think I'll be reading this.

The book is very good looking at how it gives more details on stress anxiety and how to handle for my opinion it should be taught in high school to university . Thank you.

I'm grateful for Linda and others who keep telling their stories. There's really no need to stay worked up but most times, it's difficult to remember that worry doesn't help. Our bodies just respond to the situations around us. But, like Linda says, you got this!

I'm usually skeptical about books that claim to show alternative routes to deal with medical issues, but this one sounds intriguing enough for me to check it out. Plus, anxiety disorder is a real problem beyond the walls of America; it just doesn't get diagnosed as often where I come from.

I confidently recommend, stress the need to recourse the book, a good deal and a friendly resort to the one encounters the stress frequently. And it is much good read and as such paves the ways how to deal the stress and its derivative signs, definitely soothes the mind and body from within.
Thanks for the thoughtful review.

I'm so happy that this is the BOTD and that we get to read a free copy! Although the world still has a long way to go in providing the necessary support and recourses to help people who experience anxiety disorders, it's good to know you're not alone. This seems like a wonderful book to provide you with help and guidance and also to share with others. Thanks for the extremely detailed review!

Considering that I have multiple kinds of anxiety disorders, including panic attacks, this is a great book of the day for me. I’m curious to see if the techniques discussed also work for people who have the horrid combination of anxiety and depression. Thank you for the helpful review.

The book changed my life on the way I view as a whole. I now do not worry what others think of me and I do not let my anxiety get to me as much as I used to. I also loved the fact that she debunks certain myths about anxiety practices that are no longer used. Thank you Mrs. Bjork.
