I enjoy a good character-driven book. This one seems interesting. However, I am not yet sure about reading it. Good job with the review.

Although this doesn't sound like a book I would read due to the explicit sexual content, I am curious what David wants the guys to do that is worth five million dollars! I am also curious to know if they do it. However, I am going to pass on this one, but thanks for informative review! :tiphat:

I Have sampled the book, and the suspense is very much there, though I doubt I will be reading this one. Alex, not learning from previous decisions, seems a bit off, but if it's part of his personality, then so be it. While I appreciate third-person omniscient stories more than the first-person perspective, I'm not dead set against reading one. Thank you for your informative review and book recommendation.

Thank you for writing a great review. I'm glad you mention some disturbing content as I also noticed the foul language right away. Since I like books that have interesting character development, as well as interesting, provocative plot, I might just pick this up.

This book sounds fascinating! Your mentioning the offer of so much money for a "favor" also got me thinking about what I would be willing to do for millions of dollars. Great review!

An intriguing story of what would you do for $5,000,000? To what lengths would you go to be rich? Thank you for your review.

I love character-driven stories and I can relate to asking yourself how far would you go for money. But it surprises me that in a character-driven narrative there's so little insight from the narrator.

This book has a thrilling premise. It reminds me of some movies I saw. The fact that this person keeps asking favors in exchange for huge amounts of money is interesting. I ask myself what drives David to ask those things. I'm very curious to read it now. Thanks for the informative review! Great job.

A cemetery setting would equally create a chilling and tense atmosphere for me, especially when a major characters' actions revolve around it. Great review.

The book sounds intriguing and thought-provoking. The characters are also strongly brought out and captivating. I believe the book definitely appeals to those who are fond of the genre.
