Otherwise this is an awesome novel, with too much inversion in its genre.

I rated the novel at four out of four stars. It was a pleasure and a surprise to read it. What I liked most was the focus of the book on science and maths, as an axis around which the life of the hero takes place. Various events happened to him, good or bad, but they all faded in importance when balanced with the certainty of science.gali wrote: ↑31 Oct 2020, 23:38 This is a discussion topic for the November 2020 Book of the month, Timewise by Robert Leet
What is your overall opinion of the book? What do you like most about it? What do you like least? Will you recommend the book to other people? Why or why not?

If there is anything I was a bit dissapointed about, it is the purpose this time machine was built for. Money indeed is important, but the way the situation was presented, it was as if it had been worth the loss of at least one life, Regina's.
I also reviewed the book, but because I did not pay attention when I posted it and forgot to enter the mistakes and profanities that I had found, it was rejected. The first in my history with OnLineBookClub. So beware, reviewers!

I do agree that the jargon was a bit hard to comprehend at times, but I think that the author did well to break it down for readers to understand better. Including the pictures during Regina's explanations made it easier for me to connect what was being discussed.

Maybe, being a science student myself I had a upper hand here. People who are not in touch with physics might find the concepts included in the story little difficult to grasp. But the story line was great. The best thing was the part with love. At first I thought the book is all about science and a fiction woven around concepts of science, but it took me by surprise.
The book also gives an insight to the wonders of science and the mysteries that are left unsolved by science. It has a completely thought provoking concept. A perfect read for sci-fi lovers.
