What I liked about this book is the idea left behind the characters to tell the story about child abandonment, and its relationship to other social problems.

I’m intrigued by the review. It sounds like this book has a broad range of characters and the dynamics are interesting. I wondered how the viewpoints of the characters could be so diverse, but it makes sense knowing they are stories of the author’s different students. An author will typically write with their own biases. This book sounds much more diverse than that. Not to mention the highly charged and controversial issues addressed in the book.

I don't know why but I feel like this book would be a mix version of comedy and life lessons. The back story of Alicia and different range of characters will surely add fuel to the journey. I would love to read it.

I guess the author must have addressed the drak issues that people not talk about.
I find it intriguing to read the review.

Wow, it seems that there is a lot to love with this book. A unexpected storyline, zany but relatable characters and a narrative that will keep you on the edge of your seat? What more is there to ask for? Thank you so much for your honest and insightful review! Happy reading :techie-studyinggray:

I am really tired of political, social, moral topics endlessly debated on by biased, with vested interest or stubborn "I am the only one right" blind followers and fanatics. The review clearly showed that the story deals with a lot of issues. The review also mentioned that the story is actually left to the reader to finish according to his chosen ending. I am afraid there would be no story or the story would be pushed aside by the discussion of issues. But considering that the main topic is a current issue in all countries and that the discussion is based on real life stories, I am willing to be disturbed again. Thanks to the review. I definitely know what I am going into and has prepared my interest for it.

Thank you for such a thorough review. I find it interesting how different types of people think and react to the same situation. Even in the sample of the book I read, what they look for in a job are different. Perhaps in the future, I will read this book.

Drama, intense emotions, and comic blended together makes a one-of-a-kind story. What happened to the Child? Did the child ever find the mum? I'd love to know that. I will read the book. Congratulations on being the BOTD.

I really do enjoy when authors throw caution to the wind. Characters with great development often guide a good book. I think it would be a good read for me just based on this review.
