Fairy tales and stories for children are very important in the upbringing of every child. One of the many positive aspects of children’s books is their emphasis on moral messages. Thus, a child can learn a lot from such stories. Love, Grandma by Ann Morris is a children's book in which the author shows the importance of family, love, and togetherness.

This book shows the daily activities of a grandmother with her two granddaughters. They spend a lot of time together and do a variety of fun and educational activities. Most of these moments and actions are accompanied by an appropriate illustration showing them. In fact, each page in the book is illustrated, and this graphic element gives a special atmosphere and charm to the story itself.

What I particularly like about the book is that most of the text is accompanied by rhyme and is reminiscent of a poem. I believe a rhyming picture book is one of the best types of children’s books. This way the book will be much more interesting and fun when read aloud. I also really like that the illustrations are present on every page of the book. Younger children often focus primarily on the pictorial aspect of the book, and that is why it is important that the illustrations are interesting and colorful.

There was nothing in the book that I didn’t like. I think this book meets all the requirements of a good children’s story. It is neither too long nor too short, it is fun, instructive, and cheerful. The story has a solid structure and a plot that makes sense and that most children understand.

I rate this book 4 out of 4 stars. Apart from being ideal for children, I think this book would be good for grandparents as well. In fact, it would be great for grandparents to read this book with their grandchildren. Although parents have a major role and authority in a child’s life, this book shows that the role of grandparents should not be neglected. Therefore, I would recommend this book to grandparents and children who spend a lot of time together. However, I am not sure how good this book would be for children who don’t have grandparents because of the dangers of feeling bad and sad about it. I did not encounter any grammatical errors.
